DARK CHAMBER FILM RELEASES: FEBRUARY 26, 2008 Dark Chamber, an award winning film where Rained has a memorable cameo playing a novice and innocent prostitute is set for release by Pop Cinema on February 26, 2008. . RAINE BOOKED TO APPEAR AT THE DARK CARNIVAL FILM FESTIVAL Raine will be a guest at the Dark Carnival Film Festival on Saturday August 25th at the historic Buskirk-Chumley Theater in downtown Bloomington, Indiana. Dark Carnival's events include a showing of Raine's film "100 Tears" as well as a panel on the film, which she will participate in. Raine will be performing the exciting and intricate original play, "Fish" as part of the New York International Fringe Festival. Raine Brown Completes Principle Photography on the Feature Thriller "100 Tears"
Raine's latest film, "100 Tears" is a thriller in which she plays Christine Greston, a disturbed girl, who when confronted with a presence from her past, reveals her "true self". Barricade- Raine Signs on As Lead “Barricade”, starring Raine and produced by 9 Films International in association with Cinema Image Productions and Starving Kappa Pictures is now available on DVD. Raine plays the lead, "Nina", who is a struggling single mother and actress who goes to Germany to visit her friend. This trip turns out not to be the relaxing vacation she had hoped for when it takes a frightening turn and forces Nina to find the power within to fight for her life. Raine Reads Shirley Jackson Raine will be performing in a reading of a play adapted by the classic novel "We Have always Lived in the Castle" by Shirley Jackson (author of The Haunting of Hill House ). This is a story about two daughters who live in a mansion with their crazy uncle and a suspicious family poisoning. Raine will be playing the young precocious daughter who grew up without her family and has since lived in near isolation and taken to creating her own world. The reading will take place this Wednesday JUNE 7TH @ 7:00 433 East 6 St. (btw 1st and Avenue A) and will be held in the basement of the RAGA. Admission is free.

Hanging Out Raine is starring in a wonderfully written one-act called "Hanging Out" as part of a night of one-acts called, "Kicking and Swearing" It’s the story of two people struggling with a relationship by struggling not to be in a relationship.
